Contest Rules

All DJ Gemini Communications contests are open to any/all Brides and Grooms getting married within the next 36 months, unless otherwise specified by DJ Gemini Communications or its affiliates.
Only one winner or qualifier per bride & groom per wedding date or household will be allowed.
Winners must sign a release prior to receiving their prize.
All prizes, unless otherwise specified, must be picked up within thirty days of winning. DJ Gemini Communications will not notify winners of the time remaining on their prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim the prize within the thirty days provided.
All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
DJ Gemini Communications is at liberty to give away any unclaimed prize at the end of the thirty day grace period.
All major prizes will be given away by DJ Gemini Communications. Odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified entries.
DJ Gemini Communications may substitute another prize of equal value, in the event of non-availability of an announced prize.
In the case of a dispute over entries, the decision of DJ Gemini Communications is final.
No purchase is necessary to enter any DJ Gemini Communications contest.
Employees of DJ Gemini Communications are ineligible to enter/win.
Prizes will be mailed via Certified mail.
In certain “unique situations”, a designated representative will be allowed to accept prize for the winner. Written authorization from the winner including representative’s name, ID, and a photocopy of the winner’s drivers license is required. DJ Gemini Communications will qualify what constitutes a “unique situation.”
DJ Gemini Communications is not responsible for defective prizes.
Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion of DJ Gemini Communications, and may be enacted at any time.
All winners must be 21 years of age or older.
DJ Gemini Communications, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors or representatives absolve themselves of any liability, financial or otherwise, resulting from any on or offline contests staged by DJ Gemini Communications.
All contests entries become the property of DJ Gemini Communications. Furthermore, DJ Gemini Communications may withhold any contest materials crucial to the completion of the contest.
All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that DJ Gemini Communications has a right to publicize, or broadcast the winner’s name, character, likeness, voice or all matters incidental herein.
All prizes are non-transferable and void where prohibited by law. No cash substitution of prizes allowed.
Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any and all taxes, Port Charges, Processing Fees or incidental fees incurred on prizes received.
In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, he or she forfeits all claim to that prize. DJ Gemini Communications then has the right, at its discretion, to award that prize to a contest runner-up.
Sweepstakes/contests are open to U.S. residents only.

Any tie will be broken by random drawing from among the tied, qualified entries. The drawing will be conducted by DJ Gemini Communications, and the results of the drawing are final.
The decision of DJ Gemini Communications is final. Winner’s will be notified by phone. Only one winner or qualifier per family or household every thirty (30) days.
Unless otherwise stated, multiple entries by the same person will be discarded and may be deemed cause for disqualification.
DJ Gemini Communications shall have no responsibility for failure to win or claim any prize based on difficulties with telephone, facsimile, email, or internet difficulties, or any circumstances in any contest
All appropriate information in required fields must be filled out or you will be disqualified.
Any problems with the internet or email are not the responsibility of DJ Gemini Communications.
